Group Insurance
Group insurance includes health insurance, disability insurance and life insurance. The law in Québec stipulates that if the employer offers a group health insurance plan in your workplace, you must participate, along with your spouse and children. There are some exceptions, though. All of the information about group insurance policies is available from the insurer. Dental insurance coverage is left to the discretion of unions in the two groups.

Terms of renewal as at January 1, 2010
The group insurance contrat covering teaching personnel who are members of FNEEQ (CSN) will be renewed on January 1, 2010.
