- The unions send to the bureau de placement the list of MEDs, the MEDs wanting to exercise their right of return and the list of full time teachers;
- Date when the college proceed by giving out posts and annual chargesd;
- The colleges send their hiring priority list and the placement parity committee its list regarding recycling to reserved posts and recycling for revised programs;
- Posts and charges application deadline for non-permanent teachers in their college;
- The college can reserve a post for recycling.
