Solidarity Demonstration for York University Contract Teaching Staff
Yesterday Ontario's McGuinty government introduced back-to-work legislation to end the on-going strike of 3 200 contract faculty, teaching assistants, and graduate assistants represented by CUPE 3903. We ask students, staff and faculty to join us for a solidarity demonstration on Wednesday to show your support for the collective bargaining process and against the dangerous precedent set by legislative interference.
