Ahuntsic college will not appeal the judicial review decision
On December 12 2008, Superiour court judge Daniel H. Tingley refused to allow the possibility of Ahuntsic College to contest the decision obliging the compensation for the unpaid make-up days following the legal strike. The college had 30 days to appeal the decision and decided not to do so. The college must now do its calculations and pay, within normal delays (generally a few weeks), for the 5 legal strike days to every teacher that suffered the pay cut at the time.
